Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $35 — because your pet deserves it!

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.
